Per HOA policy, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, check in, and stay the entire time. IDs may be checked, and guests under 25 will not be permitted to check in. Thank you for your understanding—we look forward to hosting you!


You must go to the Guest Services office on arrival to get your parking pass and wristbands. Regency Towers HOA charges a fee of $40.00 for parking and wristbands. This charge covers your 1st vehicle and wristbands. Each vehicle after 1st vehicle is an additional $15.00 per vehicle. Maximum of 3 vehicles. These charges are in addition to what you have paid Signature Destinations and you are responsible for this fee at check in.
